What Kisab does today
Every item below exists in the current app. Kisab does not yet have cloud sync, accounts, or cross-device features — and it does not pretend otherwise.
Daily recording and operations
Fast, farmer-language entry for what happened on the farm.
Record flows (लेख्नुहोस्)
Six quick flows in farmer words: production (उत्पादन), sold (बेचेँ), received money (पैसा पाएँ), bought (किनेँ), used (प्रयोग गरेँ), and paid money (पैसा तिरेँ). Live arithmetic shows the total as you type.
Farm Work (फार्मको काम)
Production by morning and evening session, a production reconciliation (produced = sold + used + remaining), and simple supply stock with usage tracking and overuse guards.
Money, parties, and hisab
Simple bookkeeping that matches how farmers actually deal.
Khata (खाता)
A per-party ledger for customers and suppliers, with running balance, search, filters, and one-tap payment shortcuts. Clear direction: लिन बाँकी (to receive) and तिर्न बाँकी (to pay).
Financial overview
Farm-wide summaries by period: cash activity, trade and payments, current receivable and payable position, and a monthly trend.
Hisab (हिसाब)
Party Hisab reconciliation for a selected party and period, and an offline calculator toolbox: money arithmetic, profit/loss, simple interest, Nepali land converter, traditional grain converter, and farm planning calculators.
Farms and data
Your records, under your control.
Multi-farm management
Create and switch between several farms with full data isolation. Each farm keeps its own currency and records.
Backup and restore
Export a versioned backup file entirely offline using Android's document picker, and restore or update a farm from it. Destructive actions require a recent backup.
Offline-first storage
All farm data is stored locally on the device in the app's private storage. There is no server copy and no account.
Language, units, and readability
Made for Nepali farm households first.
Nepali + English
Complete Nepali and English support, chosen in Settings or following the device language. No Hindi is used.
Large, readable text
24sp is the normal default text size, and it scales from 14sp to 36sp without clipping. Comfortable Devanagari line spacing.
Traditional units
Mana, Pathi, and Muri grain units for produce and supplies, plus Nepali land units (Ropani/Aana, Bigha/Kattha) with converters.

Signed APKs on GitHub Releases
Official downloads are signed APK files hosted on GitHub Releases — the single source of truth for Kisab builds.
Private OTA updates
Pilot builds can check a private HTTPS update channel, verify the SHA-256 of the download, and install an in-place signed upgrade without losing data.
Things Kisab does not have today: cloud sync, account login, cross-device sync, Google or Apple sign-in, premium tiers, ads, or online server backup.
